Wanda’s Favorite Dog Birthday Cake Recipe

Heres our first dog birthday cake recipe.  This is Wanda’s favorite of all of our dog cake recipes:

Wanda’s Dog Party Cake Recipe

1 large apple
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
¼ cup oatmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
½ cup water
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
4 egg whites

Creamy Frosting
8 oz light cream cheese
1 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 400 F.  Grease 13”X9” pan.

Core, slice, and mince the apple and set aside.  In a large bowl mix together dry ingredients.  In a separate bowl blend together vanilla, yogurt, water, vegetable oil, honey and eggs and add apple.  Pour into dry mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed.

Pour into cake pan and bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.  Allow to cool and remove from pan.

For creamy frosting combine room temperature cream cheese, honey, and vanilla, and spread on cake.  Be sure to spread frosting thick to avoid cracking.  For “chocolate” frosting add 3 teaspoons of carob powder.

I’m Paul from Canada, a retired Author. I’ve only been at this about 4
months now, and I’ve hit the ground running. I’m only really getting around
to visiting all the forums now. I still have a lot to learn but I’m getting
    there.

    All the best,

I was getting pretty edgy reading this. If I say Im disagreeing with your post I would say nothing. Reading this is meaningless waste of time.

I don’t think so. You have to revise your looks. In general your blog is good, but sometimes your posts are creepy.
